What To Include

Describe what you were trying to do, what happened, and the device and VoiceHaven app version you were using. If the issue concerns an account, contact support from the account email address where possible.

Do not send your password, email-verification code, API keys, full child name, date of birth, child voice recording, adult voice recording, or other unnecessary private information. Support will not ask for payment details or provider credentials.

Email Verification

Email verification is required when creating a VoiceHaven account. If a code does not arrive, check the address you entered and your spam or junk folder, then use the in-app resend control after its timer finishes.

Never share a verification code with support or anyone else.

Account Deletion

You can delete an individual voice you created from voice management. This removes its recording or sample, voice avatar record, linked voice metadata, and associated user-owned generated assets where applicable.

In the app, open Settings, choose Delete account, and complete both confirmation steps. Successful deletion signs you out and returns the app to the unauthenticated welcome flow.

Account deletion is permanent. It removes the parent account, remaining voices and recordings, child profiles, user-owned content, user-generated audio where applicable, and other account data covered by the deletion process. Limited records may remain where reasonably necessary for security, legal obligations, support, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or backup integrity. Deletion does not remove unrelated records.

If you cannot sign in or cannot use the in-app control, email support for deletion help.

Current Release

Provider-backed voice cloning and generated narration are disabled. There are no subscriptions, in-app purchases, payments, trials, or premium entitlements. AI stories, user-uploaded stories, and offline mode are not available.

If something does not work during normal use, report it to support with the app version and the steps that led to the issue.

Privacy And Safety

VoiceHaven is for a parent or guardian to control. Voice setup is for the adult user's own voice only. Do not record a child, another person, or a public figure.

VoiceHaven is not an emergency, medical, therapy, safeguarding, legal, or crisis service. Contact the appropriate local service for urgent or safety-critical help.
